The Queen's Hotel Cheltenham

An early start this morning to drive to the Cotswold village of Kemble to style Gemma's hair for her wedding at Cheltenham's famous 'Queen's Hotel'.
Clare Bryce (pure pampering) was already at the house performing her usual make up magic, It was a really beautiful sunny morning as I styled both Gemma and her Mother in Law's (to be!) hair.
Gemma's stunning brunette hair was perfect for this tousled look and a simple crystal tiara finished off the look.
The morning flew by and before we knew it the most amazing 50's vintage American car arrived to collect Gemma and her bridesmaids to whisk them off to Cheltenham.

Painswick Rococo Garden

The magnificent Painswick Rococo Garden was the location for today's wedding between Becca and Shelley.
The Red house, one of the garden's unique buildings, provides an amazing setting to get married in.
Shelley's naturally curly hair was styled to give a soft romantic feel which the pale blue feather fascinator she had chosen finished off perfectly!

Wiltshire wedding

This morning saw me leaving the house very early for an hours drive from Gloucester to style Georgina's hair for her wedding in Wiltshire.
The morning flew by as I styled the hair firstly for bridesmaids Caroline and Felicity. They had decided on tousled up do's, very elegant.

Georgina had decided on a curled half up do which suited her hair perfectly. It took about an hour to curl Georgina's hair and then pin and style it, then it was completed by fixing Georgina's tiara into place.

Once finished in Wiltshire I had a 1.5 hour drive back up to Gloucestershire to the market town Newent to do Alison's trial run for her wedding at 'The Matara Centre' in August.

Nailsworth - Egypt Mill

Today was Laura's wedding at 'The Egypt Mill' in the Cotswold town of Nailsworth.
I arrived early at the Hotel which is a stunning 16th Century converted grain mill standing next to the River Frome, the perfect fairytale wedding location.

I spent a really relaxed couple of hours with Laura, bridesmaids and her Mum before leaving her to put on her amazing dress as I drove over to Cheltenham.

Bibury trial run

I feel so lucky to visit some of the amazing venues that I go to do wedding hair and today was no different! I met bride-to-be Claire at 'The Swan Hotel' in Bibury in the Cotswolds to do her trial for her wedding there in August.

The Swan is part of the same independent group that owns the Manor House in Moreton in Marsh where I have also been, this hotel just oozes style and sophistication in this breath taking Cotswold village.

After about an hour and a half Claire and I had reached a decision on her wedding hair style which complimented her stunning dress beautifully! Keep an eye out for my blog entry for Claires wedding in August to see pictures.

Quedgeley Wedding

A near by wedding today meant that although I started at 8.00am I didn't have to leave the house too early.

Gemma was getting married in Quedgeley on the outskirts of Gloucester and had decided on a very glamorous curled upstyle for her wedding. Once I'd curled Gemma's hair I then set about the task of pinning it up into intricate intertwined curls, with the tiara in place Gemma really looked like a princess bride.

Once I'd finished Gemma's hair I had another trip back down the M5 to Bristol to do Tina's trial for her wedding in August at The Matara Centre in the Cotswolds.

Clifton wedding

A 7am early start for my hours trip down the M5 this morning to arrive at the edge of Clifton near Bristol to do Kerry's hair for her wedding at the stunning venue 'Ashton Court Mansion'.

Kerry fabulous blonde hair was perfect for a half up curled style, the pics of Kerry in red show her trial version but on the day we left a few tendrils around the front to give a slightly softer version.

After styling her three bridesmaids, Mum and Mum in Law (to be) I then finished Kerry's hair and added finishing touches as the vintage car arrived to take her to her groom!

Clare (Pure Pampering) was doing the groups make up and as ever did an amazing job.
